Registration for our legal support services is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion. Service fees must be paid in full before work begins.
Our business services are designed for professional business development and legal support. Clients are required to treat our employees and other clients respectfully. Inappropriate behavior may result in service termination without refund.
All service materials, including but not limited to consultation documents, legal documentation, and business content, are the intellectual property of Entrejuris. These materials are provided solely for professional use and may not be reproduced or distributed without authorization.

We offer a 14-day refund policy for our business services. Refunds must be requested within 14 days of service registration and before accessing more than 25% of the service. Refunds are processed within 21 business days after approval.
Clients may cancel their registration up to 72 hours before the service start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start date are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations after service commencement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to cases where the client's business activities conflict with our values or legal requirements.
Entrejuris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of our business services.
We respect the confidentiality of your business data. All business information shared during services is treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of providing our business services. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately after posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and are interpreted in accordance with them. All disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
